Kristie Smith is the leader of the Indy Homes Real Estate Team. She is a licensed Indiana REALTOR and Relocation Director working with a boutique, Carmel-based agency, ERA Real Estate Links . Kristie has her Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Marketing, and several real estate certifications & honors, including ranking #2 nationally with ERA Franchise Systems in sales volume.Real Estate is not new to Kristie as she also owns several residential and commercial real estate investments. Kristie manages and maintains several high-quality investment properties, and she regularly educates others in beginning their real estate investing businesses.Kristie has been married for 11 years to Clarian Health anesthesiologist, AJ, and they live on the NW side of Indianapolis. When not working, Kristie loves to be generous with others, volunteer with local charities, participate with her church, travel, listen to music, learn to play golf, & spend time in her home town of Michigan City, Indiana — where her extended family, the Lake Michigan beaches, and a great outlet mall is located. |

Andrew Taylor, CPA has worked in public accounting for nineteen years. His experience includes working for firms ranging from large international accounting firms to local CPA firms. Ten years ago, Andrew started his own practice and is currently a shareholder with Haffley, Taylor & Company, LLC. Andrew’s practice is focused on providing high quality, proactive accounting, tax and business advisory services to small businesses and their owners.Andrew has an accounting degree from Bob Jones University, and he received an M.B.A. (concentration in finance) from Butler University, where he graduated with honors.In addition to working with The Reach Foundation, Andrew is active at College Park Church and is a past Treasurer of The Penrod Society and The Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, cycling and reading. |

Daniel Becker has over 15 years experience in the commercial roofing and sheet metal industry. His career began in high school working as a roofer’s helper gradually becoming a foreman working on commercial projects. After Daniel graduated from Penn State University, he opened the New England division of a Philadelphia based roofing contractor.After Daniel spent three years in Boston, MA, he changed careers and worked for a pharmaceutical division of Johnson and Johnson. In 2004, he moved to Indianapolis, IN to be near his wife’s family and hometown. At that time, Daniel also came back to the roofing industry and started Danco Roofing Services, Inc.Daniel, his wife and two children currently reside in Indianapolis, IN. He is active within The Penrod Society, Reach Foundation and Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. |

Chuck Roach has practiced law in Indiana since 1992. Although experienced in a number of areas, his current practice is focused on consumer bankruptcy and business legal services. He is a graduate of IU School of Law – Indianapolis, the University of Notre Dame, and Roncalli High School. He has practiced with small and large firms, and for 7 years as corporate counsel for a large publicly traded company based in Indiana. He has served three years as Chairman of the Corporate Counsel section of the Indiana State Bar Association.Chuck is committed to offering his clients top quality legal service in a relaxed and approachable environment. His goal is to remove the anxiety and stress that sometimes accompanies the lawyer relationship, especially in intensely personal transactions such as bankruptcy.Chuck lives with his wife and three daughters on the south side of Indianapolis, and is involved in various organizations including Make-A-Wish of Indiana, St. Jude Catholic Church and the Southside Catholic Business Professionals. |

CJ McClanahan is the founder and president of reachmore, a leadership training and consulting firm. He writes a column on leadership for the Indianapolis Business Journal and hosts central Indiana’s premiere radio program for entrepreneurs – Lets’ Talk Business (Sundays at noon on 1430, WXNT).Over the past five years, CJ has spoken to thousands of professionals throughout central Indiana and has helped more than 150 business owners and corporate management teams achieve record sales and profits.After beginning his career with Arthur Andersen where he helped organizations utilize technology to improve their business processes, CJ shifted his focus toward the small business. He served as the Director of Finance and Operations for a mid-sized manufacturing organization and as a Director of Sales and Business Development for a software company with global sales of more than $20 million.
He began his consulting career as a licensed business coach with Action Coach and was soon recognized as one of the top coaches in the United States. He was named the “Rookie of the Year” and “Coach of the Year” in his territory and was recognized nationally with the “Action Man of the Year” award. CJ is an active leader in his community having served as the president of the Penrod Society and Rainmakers. CJ was also named to the 2006 class of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “40 under Forty”.
